Scratched two itches with one take-out order. The red dragon roll was better-than-average sushi for the area. Eel and shrimp tempura, the combo I didn't know I needed. The pad Thai was very much serviceable, if unspectacular. Big portion. I'd eat here again.

It was a self care Sunday for me and I wanted something light to eat for lunch, what a gem this place is. It is located on Northdale across the street from the Whole Foods. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but once your inside it is beautifully decorated. Ive been here a couple times for dinner and have never had a bad experience. When i came in it wasn't that busy at all which I loved. The waitress allowed me to seat myself, she was the only one on duty so she was constantly moving around a There were about 3 other tables she was taking care of. The have a very nice selection of food options from hand rolled sushi, to hibachi. Today I opted in for the fried chicken potstickers which were absolutely delicious as well as the sauce that went with them. I also got the California rolls, which came with 8 pieces which was very filling and washed it down with probably one of the best Thai Teas I've had in Tampa. I like mine very sweet so it did not disappoint. All in all i give this place a 10/10 for ambience, cleanliness, food, and service

I've been here twice now and I think it definitely has its perks. I love the decor, it's so cute and the vibes are nice. They have an extensive menu of Thai (curry dishes, pad thai, thai street food etc) and Japanese food (sushi, hibachi, teriyaki etc) which is sure to hit everyone's unique tastes and cravings. The food is satisfying, if not particularly phenomenal. It's food that will make you say "hmm that was good" but not something you'll really think about afterwards. However, being able to access pretty much any basic staple Thai/Japanese food item is definitely a perk. I will say that service is a little slow. Both times I went, the restaurant was near empty but it still took a good while for the food to come out so just be aware of that.

Okay I want to preface by saying I wa a little bit disappointed because I was planning on ordering sushi, but our waitress said it was REALLY backed up for sushi and it would be a long time- that's the reason for the star deduction. So I opted for some Thai food instead. I got Tom Ga Gai soup to start which I always love and it was delicious. Since I wasn't planning on getting something from the regular food menu I kinda choose something on a whim- which was the Kao Soi. Now I haven't eaten a lot of Thai food in my life so it's hard to compare it to others, but overall it was good. I haven't eaten much Thai curry in my life, but I would imagine it was pretty solid if you're familiar with it!

We've been here multiple times and i finally got free time to give them a review. I love this place!!! Not only the food is amazing but the service is also excellent! Our waiter- Tom is an amazing person. He always welcomed us with a big smile on his face. He always makes sure we have extra napkins and water and to me this is a big A plus! Imagine if the restaurant was busy and you were sitting there waiting for someone to refill your water or give you some napkins? Tom would not let that happen ^^ Every single dishes that we ordered were very well seasoned. I had come here with my cousins, my sister, and my friends, they all agreed with me that this restaurant deserves 10 stars!!!!! 5 for food and 5 for service. Keep up the good work guys! p/s: it seems like they are short of staffs in kitchen so yelpers please be patient with them so they can cook good food for you! ^^

The 2023 first reviews go to this restaurant. Restaurant is about 4.5 stars, not yet 5 stars. We visit this restaurant in July and finally I have a chance to write this review. The restaurant is cute with good modern decoration. I like the ambience. They have sushi and Thai food. Our first dish is the sizzling duck. The duck was pan seared before place it on sizzling plates. It come with vegetables in the sweet sauce. The portion is good and the taste is good too. Our second dish is kanom jeen - a green curry pork with rice noodles. Good curry. Not too spicy. The third dish is grilled calamari. I think the calamari need to be burn a bit. The fourth dish is the yellowtail octopus carpaccio. It is lay on ponzu sauce. Good for two. We order the yellowtail eel poke and flank steak grill to go. Overall experience is good. Very good variety of food. Taste is good.

Happy to see Asiatic Thai and Sushi has come to Carrollwood. I have been to their location in Ybor City several times. This location is more convenient for me. I love the modern feel of the place, cute decor and all. They have fun cushion booths and regular booths, tables and outside seating. The best part I would say price wise is the lunch menu served every day including the weekend. 11:30 am to 2:00 pm. Came here with a friend and ordered the Kao Sao which is yellow curry noodles and I ordered beef. She ordered a poke bowl not pictured. I also wanted a lollipop roll which is a roll made with cucumber instead of rice but they had no cucumber. This was a great price and also included chicken rice soup and a dumpling for under $12. Our server and others we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here and try their rolls and other dishes. This location has less noodles than their location in Ybor and more sushi roll options. Definitely a fun new Thai & Sushi spot in Carrollwood. Make sure to check them out! Also I forgot about the check in and receive 20% off bill. So I'll have it for next time. Don't forget. I did it after I left and it was too late!
